Hanshi McCarthy declared Living Martial Arts TreasureOn the 30th day of September, 2010  the American Federation USNKA has declared Hanshi Patrick McCarthy a very rare and precious  Living Martial Arts Treasure.

This award was given in the past to dignitaries such as, Sasakawa, Delcourt, Kim, Kubota, Suzuki, Shimabukuro, Tomoyose, Nakazato and Anderson.
